Once the contract is finalized, we will arrange the first meeting with your wedding planner. If you have a clear vision for your big day, that's fantastic! If you're feeling uncertain, don't worry—we'll work together to discover what you want. You'll receive your bride planning guide, filled with everything you need for a seamless experience. Together, we'll decide the details and aesthetics that will make your wedding uniquely yours, along with a few exciting tasks for you to complete!

 

During the second planning meeting, everything will start to come together! You'll look forward to cake tasting and reviewing a mockup of your wedding. We'll discuss the event timeline, and once you give us the go-ahead, we’ll coordinate with all the vendors to bring your vision to life. We'll handle ordering guest itineraries and more. Our focus is on taking care of everything for our busy couples.

 

In the days leading up to your wedding, prepare for your rehearsal dinner, where you can relax and enjoy yourself! Our day-of-coordinator will guide you on when to walk down the aisle. The officiant, photographer, and MC will be ready to review the details. The venue will be set up and prepared for the wedding party to enjoy delicious wood-fired pizza made to order.
